At ReBorn Fitness my goal is to Educate, Inspire and Equip you to live and share an active and healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally.

How? By improving your knowledge through the ReBorn Fitness podcasts, one-to-one personal assistance and YouTube workout videos. These tools will equip you with the correct skills to achieve your personal goals no matter how big or small!

 Training Packages

I offer different packages:

  1. A 60-minute individual service.

  2. A 60 minute shared session for a maximum of two people.

  3. A Circuit session (HIIT) 45 minutes in duration for a maximum of three people (£15 per person).

 Weekly Podcast:

Every Friday at 2 pm a new episode gets dropped on all available podcasting streaming services and also a video podcast version gets released on my YouTube channel. I interview different people and we discuss how sport has helped them in life and also what different careers there in sport.
